A traffic jam on the information superhighway.

So, the Flickr stream has far outpaced the traffic of the poor neglected blog, alas, alas, poor, poor blog. Aside from the fetish photo which generated an incredible volume of hits in a relatively short period of time (well over 1k on it’s own) - the most recent traffic generator is a set of photos taken almost as an afterthought. Wandering around downtown last week I happened on a shoot and took a couple of innocuous shots in and around the location. Amazingly enough the set has generated almost 2k in hits in just a few short days - it’s been linked to by a few other sites but, considering I have little experience with traffic of any kind I have to confess to a bit of smug self satisfaction of the increase. Now, if only I could find a way to make it pay!
